Not automatically. Several NBFCs in our lending panel — including Mahindra Finance and Shriram Finance — assess applications on income stability and down payment size alongside credit score. A higher down payment (25–30% of on-road price) often offsets a lower score. We submit to the most relevant lenders for your profile rather than applying uniformly.
Most lenders on our panel accept the last two years of ITR acknowledgements, six months of business current account statements, and a GST return summary as income proof for self-employed applicants. If ITR is unavailable, some NBFCs work with audited balance sheets. Our finance desk will tell you exactly which documents each applicable lender requires before you submit anything.
Yes. NCB is portable across vehicles provided you obtain an NCB certificate from your previous insurer before the policy lapses. Our insurance desk coordinates this transfer at the point of sale — the new policy is issued with your existing NCB percentage applied, which can reduce the comprehensive premium by 20–50% depending on your claim-free years.
Several things a test drive won't reveal: compression ratio across all cylinders (indicating engine wear), underbody rust on sill rails and floor pan, paint thickness readings to detect past panel repairs, gearbox fluid condition, and brake disc minimum thickness. These are measured with tools — not driven. The full report with readings is handed to you before you negotiate.
The on-road price and loan terms are locked for seven calendar days from booking amount payment. If you withdraw within 48 hours for any documented reason, the booking amount is fully refunded. Beyond 48 hours, a processing deduction applies — the exact amount is stated in the booking receipt before you pay, not discovered afterward.
Yes. For Navi Mumbai and Thane the delivery is complimentary. For locations beyond the MMR boundary, a flat logistics fee applies based on distance, and the vehicle is insured in transit. The RC is mailed to the address on your Form 20 regardless of delivery location.
